After a highly competitive review process, AesculaTech’s Humidifeye has received SBIR funding from National Eye Institute (NEI) at the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH). The total value of the fast-track SBIR award is over $1.5 million meant for research, development, and testing. For those not familiar with the SBIR process, fast track awards include both phase I and phase II of the conventional SBIR. We have complete confidence that Humidifeye will change the Dry Eye treatment landscape and look forward to the milestones we will achieve with this support.
